Weekly Photo Challenge: Infinite

This week’s photo challenge is to show a glimpse of the Infinite. This is a stairwell at the San Francisco Theological Seminary in San Anselmo, CA. I love the way the balustrade spirals into infinity.

Thanks, Dawn. I am happy that you like the photo. It was a challenge to get it all in the frame.

Isn’t it interesting how we recreate structures we see in nature? Nice shot.

I like your observation about re-creating nature. Consciously or unconsciously we are influenced greatly by the beauty around us if we are open to the idea.

I really like this shot, Allan. I have a similar photo (not for this challenge) that I really like, too. This type of shot is somewhat shell-like, isn’t it?

The spiral gives this shot a nice abstract feel.
