WPC: Seasons

“Share an image evocative of the weather or represent the current “season of your life” in metaphor.”
—WordPress Weekly Photo Challenge

Sunrises and Sunsets have a lot in common, the difference being your point of view. Are you facing East or West? Is the cup half-empty or half-full?

The Lioness and I have been in our relationship for over 50 years. I look forward to each morning that we are about to share, and am grateful at the end of the day for the time that we spent together.

“Yesterday I was clever, so I wanted to change the world.
Today I am wise, so I am changing myself.” —Rumi

I like the image, the way the cloud seems to approach the ocean, and the spectators. I love the narrative. A superb combination.

The light in the sky and on the clouds slooooowly increased with a dramatic intensity and then just fell off and flattened out.

Allan, a beautiful photo to go with your beautiful words and relationship. What a blessing! Bill and I have only been together a bit over 30 years, (we got married later in life), but that’s also been a blessing, one I hope continues for many more years.

Hi, Janet. Time is elastic. What matters is Now. Congratulations on the longevity of your marriage and continued success for the future.

True love is hard to find, and not easy to keep, but so worth the effort.

You’re absolutely correct, Allan. Anything worth having involves work and marriage is well worth the effort.
