Thanks To Frank

I spent some time taking photos at the Marin County Civic Center last week. This is view to the North is one of my favorites of the day and was taken near the spot where Frank Lloyd Wright was purportedly sitting when he got the inspiration for the design of the facility.

I used the John S lens/Robusta film combination in the Hipstamatic app to take this photo.

Allan, I am in awe of this architectural wonder. FLW is a favorite of mine. Someday I will have to see this whimsical beauty.

Hi, Sally. If you are there on a Wednesday they have docent-led tours for $5. We took one and learned quite a bit of new information about the man and the building. I think that this will be at the top of my bucketlist of places to take photos. Ω

It is a worthwhile destination for anyone with an interest in architecture/photography.
