Racing the Fog

Write a new post in response to today’s one-word prompt. —Daily Prompt

Whenever we worked on a main cable of the Golden Gate Bridge—especially this time of year—we had be aware of the movement of the fogbank. Some times we had to race it to midspan, so that we could get off the cable before it became too slippery.

      Yes, I miss it—A LOT! The appendages don’t get a vote, but they always had some interesting after-action reports back in the day.
