“…share a photo of something that appears like dance to you…try to capture the rhythm in their movement.” —WordPress Weekly Photo Challenge
Following a Graveyard shift one morning in 2014 I stuck around to take some photos of the bridge. This group of bicyclists rode together as if they were in a choreographed dance routine.
I saw the picture before I read the post and thought you were making the bridge the dancer 😄
The bridge looks like its been painted since the last I went over it.. Probably been painted a few times since then 😂
I think the last time I was on it was in 1996 or 97..

Parts of it have a new coat of paint since your last visit. LOL.

It is interesting how we interpret what we see.

Great light in this shot, Allan. I love this spot. Perfect dance of the cyclists.

The photo looks choreographed , Bridge in the sun riders coming out of shade. You must be proud of this capture.

I do like this one a lot. It was my next-to-last graveyard shift before I retired.

That’s a great picture of the bridge. I love the contrast of the light from the bikers to the first tower. Well done composition.

Thanks, Andrew. I didn’t see or hear these guys coming. They showed up and “ruined” a perfectly good photo, but I kept photographing (them) and took that perfect photo 20 seconds later (it looks just like this, but without the cyclists). LOL

I like this, Allan. I saw lots of bikers when we were in SF and crossing the Golden Gate. My husband rides a lot, almost 3,000 miles last year, so I have a soft spot for bikers of the cycling type.

3,000 miles last year—Wow! There are a lot of trails and paths for bicyclists here in NorCal and it is paradise for those enthusiasts.

It’s a bit tougher in the Midwest because of the weather. Winter can be more than a bit of a challenge.
