Today the WordPress Weekly Photo Challenge is to illustrate the concept of warmth.
Staying warm was a year ’round, full-time job when I worked on the Golden Gate Bridge. Cold wet fog and driving Ocean winds often made a Summer’s day look more like a bleak Winter day in December. That was the case on this day in June a few years back when we left the cool 50 degree weather of the San Francisco Bay area and traveled to Phoenix, Arizona.
The good news is that it was cooling down!
Praise the fog…
Oh dear, 103…that left warm behind a long time ago! Great pic & entry! 😀

🙂 I know you’re warm, Allan, and I hope your 2015 is filled with warmth and joy. Our older daughter will soon be taking a job in Glendale, so she’s going to be warmer than all the rest of us!
