I took this photo with my iPhone 5 using the Camera+ app, edits were made in PhotoToaster, Percolator, and Snapseed.

I love this app but my pictures are rarely recognizable or close to the original. Yours is very sensual.

The app has been upgraded in the last month and there are some new choices inside some of the standard categories. This photo was the first time in six months that I have used the app and I like the changes that they have made.

I used PhotoToaster on the original image and it brought out the yellow and brown tones, then I put that image into Percolator.

I am very happy with the finished product.

My mistake, the app is Hueless, not Hues.

I, too, was hesitant to post these “manipulated” photos until I started looking at them as another art form. I used to spend hours in a darkroom diving and burning to get just the right print. These days we can do it much faster (and better) on our phones/tablets.

I would love to see one of your images. .

I’ve been wanting to play with percolator! Your photo reminds me of a Kaffe Fassett textile – such colour!

Waste not, want not. Dive into the app, they have made some changes and I like it a lot more now than before.

Good to know – so many apps, such a small screen…

Up to about 4 – just wish I could see what was really going on when editing – maybe I should wear magnifying glasses, that would be cute, eh? Or just edit on an iPad, duh…. but then I’d have to transfer everything – I give up…

I edit on my iPad occasionally. The Apple “Photos” app syncs the two devices via the Cloud, once you set it up in your preferences.

The iPad is like an AARP Smartphone (without the phone part).
