This week Cee’s Fun Foto Challenge theme is bridges. I made a thorough search of my archives and I eventually found one. Enjoy.
On Tuesday, March 5th, 2013 at 8:30 p.m. PST the largest light sculpture in the world will be illuminated for the first time. 25,000 LED lights are attached to the vertical suspender cables of the San Francisco—Oakland Bay Bridge. At 1.8 miles wide and 500 feet tall the computer-controlled light show will be eight times the size of the Eiffel Tower’s 100th Anniversary light show.
