And tangible results. I see these crews at work when I am passing thru San Rafael and they have an air of team-spirit among them. Lots of smiling faces as they go through their day.

This needs to come to the attention of Houston officials. I’m passing it on to a mover and shaker there who just might be interested enough to run with it.
