Lines and Shadows

This week the topic is Geometry.
—Cee’s Fun Foto Challenge

Q: What does an acorn say when it grows up?

A: Gee, I’m a tree!

If I didn’t have such a close proximity to the Golden Gate Bridge and the Marin County Civic Center to satisfy my photographic hunger, I would definitely have to find a way to spend a lot of time on Peachtree Street in Atlanta, GA.

This is John Portman’s SunTrust Plaza.

Great B&W photo; it capture the reflection in the water perfectly. Reminds me of a roller coaster.

Love the way the lines work in this one.

Thanks, Andrew. The curves, arcs and arches blend so well with the hard vertical lines of the skyscraper that you feel more like you are in a grove of trees than a metropolitan center.
