An intriguing shot, especially as cropped in the Reader!!

Thanks, Judy. I haven’t seen that version.

If you have a WordPress blog and use the Reader function, just “follow” yourself and you’ll be able to see your posts on your Reader. I do so as an easy way to see how my blog has posted. They always show an abbrevited form of your featured photo or first photo. When you click on it, you see the entire posting. Your photo detail was even more intriguing than the whole.

Thanks for the tip, Judy. I just did as you suggested and see what you mean about the image in the Reader view.

It is a great idea to double-check myself and my posts.

I just have to be careful not to “like” myself!! Ha. I have a few times by mistake. Embarrassing.

Vibrant color palette. Love the use of shadows in this photo to create the illusion of color. Coincidentally, I’m working on a story in which one of the character’s is named after a flower. Great job.

Is her name Lily? Or maybe his would be, Blume?

I’m glad you like the photo. It’s on my list of Favorites.

Funny enough, Lily was the name of a character I wrote about very early on in my blogging career lol

Without giving too much away, the character in my upcoming story is named Rosebud 🙂
