Fiction in 50: Lucky Charms

Bruce has challenged us to craft a story using fewer than 51 words on the following topic: Lucky Charms

Title: Make Up Your Mind
Word Count: 50

“Would you rather be lucky or good?”
“What do you mean, Mick?”
“It’s a simple question.”
No response.
“Lucky or good?”
Eddie looked at Mick. His eyes began to water.
“Fine. Pull a rabbit out of your ass, or learn to fly.”
Mick cut the rope and watched Eddie fall.

This would make a good foundation for a challenge on a reality tv show featuring B list celebrities!!

“You’ve been dropped!” A tough way to get the news that your pilot/series is not being picked up.

      Thanks for the challenge, Bruce.
