Sally D’s Mobile Photography Challenge: Black and White (Hanging Around)

I took this photo of a stack of metal clothes hangers using the John S Lens, AO BW Film, and Apollo Flash combination in the Hipstamatic app for Sally’s challenge this week.

Beautifully edited as well, Allan. I took a photo of a stack of hangers a few years ago in a thrift store in Philly. Amazing how photogenic the little critters are. 🙂

I would have never guessed them to be hangers , more like the pencil scrawls as you said . Absolutely stunning black and white photo!

Allan, nicely done, the capture works well in monochrome and borders on the edge of abstraction. Happy Photo Challenge.

Thank you, Sally. After I took the photo and looked at the result I was struck by how the hangers resembled a penciled scrawl on a wall or a sheet of paper.
