Rescued Film

The Rescued Film Project collects undeveloped film, processes it and makes the images available to view for the first time.

The origin of the film varies. Some of the film was discovered in cameras picked up in garage sales. In other instances the film was been squirreled away in basements and attics—overlooked, perhaps forgotten—definitely neglected until now.

If you would like to participate in this project you need to fill out this form and send it along with the undeveloped film to:

Amazing idea! It’s like charity for film.

Thanks, Angeline. I have a story to write about some strips of negatives that I found many years ago. Stay tuned.

It is new to me also. A friend of mine had a FB post with the video and I did some research.
