“Hey, man. Hey, can you spare a couple bucks?”

“No. I don’t have any cash.”

“C’mon, man. Just’a couple bucks so’s I can eat.”

“Sorry. No cash.”

“I got blowed up in Afganistan fight’in for you, man, and you can’t spare a couple bucks?”

“I told you, no cash. Sorry.”
