Oh boy, I always vote but must admit it’s a hard one this year! Be careful what you wish for indeed!

I have voted in every general election since I turned 18. Some of my sisters had never voted until just a few years ago. That’s hard for me to fathom but better late than never, eh?

It’s good to hear that your sisters are following your lead. The important thing is to participate, not side by on the sidelines.

I always vote. It’s a privilege as well as a duty. So much went into getting that right that it must no be squandered.

Thanks for the arresting picture of patriotism and reminder to vote. Just watched the movie Suffragete another reminder of sacrifices made for the right to be heard. Not sure I agree with “Freedom defined is freedom denied” as long as we don’t think that the process of defining freedom is complete. Hope ya’ll enjoyed this Independence Day!

We did enjoy the day, Al, and hope you guys did likewise. As for the qoute, it always strikes me as one of those half-empty-half-full conundrums. I guess the idea is to be careful what you wish for in the long-run.

I’ll be voting and telling everyone I know to vote.

Can I send my ballot in now to make sure it gets counted?
