Friday Fictioneers: Time

Over at the Addicted to Purple blog, Rochelle has challenged us to write a story of ±100 words based on the photograph below.

I have taken the liberty of mixing song titles with prose this week in an attempt to try something different. Feel free to share your thoughts with me about this experiment.

Genre: Contemplation
Word Count: 100

There is a time to reap and a time to sow.
The Time of the Season

We can take time, but we can’t make time.
Time Won’t Let Me

Some days
Time is on my side

Other days there is
No Time (Left For You)

People who are always late constantly ask,
Does Anybody Really Know What Time It Is?

For the rest of us,
Time Has Come Today

An idle mind is the Devil’s playground when there is
Too Much Time On My Hands

There are a few things that I would like to change
If I Could Turn Back Time

But not my love for you.

My absolute favorite song about Time.

Thanks, Lori. I am happy that it turned into weavings and not tangles.
