Fiction in 50—The Darker Side

It is time for our monthly challenge over at Bruce’s website, The Bookshelf Gargoyle

The Darker Side of Discipline
Word Count: 50

“What are we going to do about this?”

Not yell? “I don’t know.”

“Surely there must be a reason for your behavior?”

It is what it is. “I don’t know.”

“Why do you insist on learning everything the Hard Way?”

Because those are the lessons that stick. “I don’t know.”
