A Tribute to Nikola Tesla

Nikola Tesla is the man who invented tomorrow—and suffered greatly for it. He died penniless and alone in 1943 after giving the world the ability to generate, transmit and use electric energy over vast distances. The video below is a wonderful TED talk by Swiss magician Marco Tempest.

As mind-blowing as the demonstration above may be, no magic or tricks were used in it. The following video gives us a look into the mind and genius of Marco Tempest.

I need to remember to watch this when I get back to the cabin. Tesla was an amazing guy.

I would not have had a job if it were not for his accomplishments.
