I have been traveling for the last week and taking photos along the way. This is my entry in the latest Phoneography and Non-SLR Digital Devices Photo Challenge: Black and White.

Perfect caption, Allan! Hope your travels were fun. We just got back from France on Sunday, which was great.

Allan, I hope they were good revelations and a relaxing time. I’m glad you could come to France with us and there will be more posts about France, including our day on a barge! Waiting to see what the photo challenge will be today, but off to do some work before then.

Al’s Unsolicited Tip: When looking at a scene to find the subject within, try squinting your eyes down until the colors are gone light and you are left viewing light and dark forms.

I do it. Squinting works perfectly with deep brow wrinkles : ))

Remember to smile, it helps support those wrinkles….

Allan, please imagine the huge smile that wrapped itself around me as I saw your image. Your capture is made more inviting my the post processing in monochrome. It gives that goose the platform it deserves. Happy Photo Challenge.
