If winter is slumber and spring is birth, and summer is life, then autumn rounds out to be reflection. It’s a time of year when the leaves are down and the harvest is in and the perennials are gone.     I think it’s also time to reflect on what might be next. 🙂 But I certainly think it’s time for contemplation. As we look forward to a move to Arizona next year, I wonder whether fall/autumn has the same effect in places where the seasons are defined so much differently. As someone who lives in California, you might have some insight on that.
