Sally D’s Mobile Photography Challenge: Editing and Processing

This was a great way to start the day.

I used Hipstamatic to shoot the photo (Doris lens, Blanko Noir film) and then made edits with Snapseed and Intensity Pro apps.

Thanks, Bill. It was a time for reflection and contemplation, even if the ocean was on the wrong side. Ω

Thanks, Sue. Some days it is a challenge to recreate the picture that I have in my mind and put it on the computer screen. Ω

I have to get that app and then play with it, Allan. I waved to you as we drove by SF on the way to Napa. Had a great day here (lots of wine-ing) and tomorrow we’re back to LA. Amazing what can be done in a few days. 🙂 Love your photo, BTW.

Hi, Janet. The Napa Valley is one place where you can “wine” all you want and get away with it. I look forward to seeing some of your photos from this trip. Ω

We wine’d yesterday, Allan, and had a great time. Heading back to Pasadena in an hour or so and then I’ll have time to blog a bit about the trip. The drive up the coast was gorgeous and Napa is beautiful as well. Good times. Wish I’d had time to stop in SF and meet for coffee. Another time, perhaps.

Allan, this image is a marvelous blend of your post editing. It’s a striking sunrise that has multiple layers to catch my attention. Really quite lovely…Happy Photo Challenge.

Thanks, Carol. I had mixed feelings about Hipstamatic, but it is growing on me and getting more comfortable to use. Ω
